1. What this covers
This policy describes what information Presentor.ai collects, why, and what control you have over it. It covers the app itself. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company, and role/title, and you choose a password (we store only a cryptographic hash of it).
Content you create. Courses, session plans, preparation notes, facilitator notes, feedback captured during sessions, observation records, certification records, and anything else you enter into the product. This content belongs to you; we store it to provide the service.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's pages and never touches our servers. We store only the subscription state Stripe reports to us (plan, status, billing period, and Stripe's identifiers).
Technical basics. We use browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in and to remember in-progress states such as an unfinished signup. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
3. How we use information
- To provide the product: storing and syncing your courses and sessions, running scheduled deliveries, and operating team features.
- To process AI features you invoke: when you use an AI tool (such as the prep coach), the relevant course content is sent to our AI providers to generate the response. AI features run only when you use them.
- To send transactional email: confirmations, password resets, invitations, and account notices.
- To maintain a customer record in our CRM so we can support and communicate with you.
- To bill you through Stripe.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Team visibility: read this if you were invited by a Learning Leader
Presentor.ai is built for training teams. If your account is linked to a Learning Leader (a team manager), that person can see: your course list and course content shared through the link, your scheduled and delivered sessions, observation records about your delivery once finalized, and certification plans and progress. This visibility is the point of the product's team tier, and it exists only through an invitation you accept. If the link is removed, that visibility ends.
5. Audience displays
If you share a session's audience display (a “mirror” link), anyone holding that link can view the display content; it is designed for a training room audience and requires no account. Share mirror links accordingly.

7. Retention and deletion
Your content stays in your account until you delete it. You can export your data from the Account page at any time, and you can delete your account from the same page; deletion removes your account and its content from the live service. Records we are required to keep (such as billing records) are retained as required.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your data inside the service is controlled per account with row-level security, and administrative credentials are restricted. No online service can promise perfect security; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.
9. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information; the Account page covers most of this directly, and we will help with the rest by email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of geography.
10. Children
Presentor.ai is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the app.
