1. The agreement
By creating an account or using Presentor.ai you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
Keep your registration information accurate and your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and old enough to form a contract where you live.
3. Plans, trials, and billing
- Free trial. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start a trial (promotional signup paths may waive this); your card is not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
- Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually per your plan, until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded. If you cancel an annual subscription mid-term, we refund the full months you have not used, at one twelfth of what you actually paid for the year (after any discounts) per month. Months count from your billing date, and a partly used month counts as used.
- Promotional pricing (such as launch discounts) applies as described when you subscribe; a discount attached to your subscription stays with it while the subscription remains active.
- Team seats. Learning Leader accounts may purchase seats and assign them to team members by invitation. A seat belongs to the purchasing account, may be reassigned or revoked by it, and follows its billing. Removing seats is handled by support. Seat refunds follow the same rule as subscriptions: monthly seats are not refunded, and annual seats removed mid-term are refunded for their unused full months at one twelfth of what you paid for them.
- Price changes apply at your next renewal, with advance notice.
4. Usage limits
Plans include usage limits: for example, the Trainer plan includes up to 5 courses and 100 sessions held at one time, and AI features carry a monthly allowance per plan. Limits block new creation when reached; nothing you have made is deleted by a limit.
5. Your content
You own the content you create in Presentor.ai. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service, including showing it to teammates you are linked with and on audience displays you share. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. AI features
AI-generated output (coaching feedback, suggestions, transcriptions) can be wrong, incomplete, or generic. It is assistance, not professional advice; review it before you rely on it in front of a room.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Presentor.ai to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, resell access, or send spam. Don't upload content you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Our property
The Presentor.ai software, design, and branding are ours (or our licensors'). These terms give you a right to use the service, not a license to copy or resell it.
9. Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; export your data first; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections that by their nature survive (your content ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
Presentor.ai is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts located there.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will notify account holders by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date accepts the updated terms.
